MISSION & HISTORY.
Welcome to Gloucester Tigers Field Hockey Club.
The Gloucester Tigers Field hockey club in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada was formed in 1976.
The club has a long history rich in tradition.
The club has gone onto produced many players who have gone to play at provincial and at the national level. We have players that play recreationally and some that have gone to play at World Cups and Olympics.
The club has participated in numerous tournaments over the years – in Canada and the US.
The club was host to the Terry Fox Tournament that was later named the National Capital Cup which was a renewed international competition. In the summer of 2013, the club started to host the Gurmohan Sandhu Memorial Tournament.
The club is currently comprised of seniors men's and master's program in both outdoor and indoor. Some of the members having been playing together for over 30 years. We welcome new and old to come and play with us and have fun.
